60 Minute Medical Massage
Includes a 60 Minute Massage and Assessment that is prescribed by a doctor and can be paid for by using your HSA or FSA. You must have Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) with a specific diagnosis and treatment plan that details the duration and frequency of massage sessions. Eligible (LMN) includes Chronic Pain (Back, Neck, Body, Fibromyalgia etc), Injury Recovery (Post Surgery, Sports Injuries, Whiplash etc), and Specific Conditions like Migraines, Lymphedema etc). Tips are not required for this service since it is prescribed a doctor.
